Anna Pavlova

Hey guys!!!!!! I just found rare footage of the most famous ballerina of all time!!!!!!!! ANNA PAVLOVA!!!!!!!!!! She is performing the dying swan variation and it is the most graceful thing I have ever seen in my life! It literally brought tears to my eyes. I truly think that Anna Pavlova is and always be the greatest ballerina. I noticed that if you paused the video at any point it looked like a perfect picture. I think that nowadays dancers focus to much on technique and not on the true artistry of dance. The artistry part of performing I feel often gets over looked.
Just a side note. My brother who absolutely hates ballet and is in fourth grade said that when he saw the video it made him feel weird and sad, when asked about if he felt any emotion at all when watching this video. I asked him if he thought it was graceful and he said it was really graceful. Now for a ballet dancer to envoke any emotion in my brother is truly a great feat in itself!!!!!
